A way to erase KDE Connect from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

KDE Connect is an application released by KDE e.V.. Sometimes, people want to remove it. This is difficult because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY practice to remove KDE Connect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find KDE Connect or simply activate the Search field and type in "KDE Connect". The KDE Connect app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select KDE Connect in the list of applications, the following information about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about KDE Connect, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall KDE Connect.


8. After uninstalling KDE Connect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong KDE Connect that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing KDE Connect using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
