How to uninstall KDevelop from your PC

A way to uninstall KDevelop using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

KDevelop is an application offered by KDE. Sometimes, users choose to erase it. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY way to erase KDevelop is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate KDevelop or simply activate the Search field and type in "KDevelop". The KDevelop app will be found automatically. When you select KDevelop in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding KDevelop, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for KDevelop:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\KDevelop\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove KDevelop.


8. After removing KDevelop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of KDevelop that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing KDevelop with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
