How to uninstall Kate from your computer

A way to remove Kate from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Kate is an application released by the software company KDE e.V.. Some people want to uninstall this application. 6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Kate or simply activate the Search field and type in "Kate". If it is installed on your PC the Kate app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Kate in the list of applications, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Kate, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Kate.
