How to remove Kate using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Kate is a program offered by the software company KDE e.V.. Some users choose to uninstall this application. 6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Kate or simply click the Search field and type in "Kate". If it is installed on your PC the Kate program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Kate in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Kate, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Kate.

All the items of Kate that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
