A guide to uninstall Kryptex from your system

Kryptex is a Windows application. Numerous files, folders and Windows registry entries can not be deleted when you are trying to remove Kryptex from your computer.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Kryptex:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Kryptex

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Kryptex\Update.exe

Many times the following registry keys will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kryptex
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Kryptex

After you click Kryptex in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Kryptex, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Kryptex.


8. After uninstalling Kryptex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Kryptex which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Kryptex with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
