A way to delete MathType 7 from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find MathType 7 or simply click the Search field and type in "MathType 7". If it exists on your system the MathType 7 application will be found very quickly. After you select MathType 7 in the list of programs, some information about the program is shown to you:
