How to uninstall Maxthon from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application marketed by The Maxthon Authors. Some computer users want to remove this program. This can be efortful because deleting this by hand takes some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE practice to remove Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your system.

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Maxthon or simply click the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Maxthon in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Maxthon.


8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
