A way to delete Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application released by The Maxthon Authors. Some computer users choose to erase this program. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this by hand takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Maxthon or simply activate the Search field and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found very quickly. When you select Maxthon in the list of programs, the following information about the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Maxthon.

8. After uninstalling Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Maxthon using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
