How to uninstall Maxthon from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is a program offered by The Maxthon Authors. Some computer users choose to remove this application. This is difficult because deleting this by hand requires some know-how related to PCs. The best QUICK way to remove Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your computer.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Maxthon or simply click the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon program will be found automatically. When you click Maxthon in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Maxthon.


8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
