A way to delete Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is a program released by the software company The Maxthon Authors. Frequently, people want to uninstall this application. This is efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE way to uninstall Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Maxthon or simply click the Search field and type in "Maxthon". If it is installed on your PC the Maxthon application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Maxthon in the list of apps, some data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Maxthon.


8. After uninstalling Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Maxthon using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
