How to uninstall Maxthon from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application by the software company The Maxthon Authors. Some users try to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because doing this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE practice to uninstall Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Maxthon or simply click the Search field and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found automatically. When you select Maxthon in the list of applications, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Maxthon.


8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Maxthon using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
