A way to remove Maxthon with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application marketed by The Maxthon Authors. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall this program. This can be troublesome because removing this manually requires some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. 6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Maxthon or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Maxthon in the list of programs, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Maxthon, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Maxthon.


8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Maxthon which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
