A way to uninstall Maxthon from your PC

Maxthon is a Windows application. Read below about how to remove it from your PC. It was coded for Windows by The Maxthon Authors. Open here for more information on The Maxthon Authors. Usually the Maxthon program is placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Maxthon\Application directory, depending on the user's option during install. The complete uninstall command line for Maxthon is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Maxthon\Application\6.2.0.800\Installer\setup.exe. Maxthon.exe is the Maxthon's main executable file and it takes around 2.99 MB (3131680 bytes) on disk.

How to erase Maxthon from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is a program offered by The Maxthon Authors. Frequently, people decide to uninstall this application. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Maxthon or simply click the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Maxthon in the list , the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Maxthon, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Maxthon.


8. After uninstalling Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
