How to uninstall Maxthon from your computer

How to uninstall Maxthon from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application released by The Maxthon Authors. Some users try to erase this program. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Maxthon or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon app will be found automatically. After you click Maxthon in the list , some data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Maxthon.

8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
