A way to uninstall Maxthon from your system

Maxthon is a Windows program. Read below about how to remove it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by The Maxthon Authors. Go over here for more information on The Maxthon Authors. Maxthon is typically set up in the C:\Users\kt\AppData\Local\Maxthon\Application folder, however this location can vary a lot depending on the user's choice when installing the application. C:\Users\kt\AppData\Local\Maxthon\Application\6.2.0.1000\Installer\setup.exe is the full command line if you want to uninstall Maxthon. The program's main executable file has a size of 2.99 MB (3131680 bytes) on disk and is labeled Maxthon.exe.

A way to uninstall Maxthon using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is a program released by The Maxthon Authors. Some computer users want to erase it. Sometimes this is difficult because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK practice to erase Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Maxthon or simply click the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Maxthon in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Maxthon, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Maxthon.


8. After uninstalling Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
