A way to erase Maxthon from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application offered by the software company The Maxthon Authors. Sometimes, people decide to erase this application. This is hard because performing this manually requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK manner to erase Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Maxthon or simply activate the Search field and type in "Maxthon". If it is installed on your PC the Maxthon app will be found very quickly. When you click Maxthon in the list of apps, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Maxthon.


8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
