A way to erase Maxthon using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is a program offered by The Maxthon Authors. Sometimes, computer users try to remove it. Sometimes this can be efortful because doing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best EASY action to remove Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to take care of your computer.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Maxthon or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Maxthon in the list of programs, the following information about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Maxthon, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Maxthon.


8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Maxthon which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
