How to delete Maxthon with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application by The Maxthon Authors. Frequently, users want to remove it. Sometimes this can be hard because performing this by hand requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. 6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Maxthon or simply activate the Search field and type in "Maxthon". If it is installed on your PC the Maxthon app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Maxthon in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Maxthon, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Maxthon.

8. After removing Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
