How to remove Maxthon from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Maxthon is an application offered by The Maxthon Authors. Some people try to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall Maxthon is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Maxthon or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Maxthon". If it exists on your system the Maxthon application will be found very quickly. When you click Maxthon in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Maxthon, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Maxthon.


8. After uninstalling Maxthon, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Maxthon which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Maxthon with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
