How to remove McAfee Agent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee Agent is an application marketed by the software company McAfee, Inc.. Frequently, people choose to remove this program. Sometimes this is efortful because deleting this manually takes some knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK manner to remove McAfee Agent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find McAfee Agent or simply click the Search field and type in "McAfee Agent". If it is installed on your PC the McAfee Agent application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click McAfee Agent in the list of applications, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about McAfee Agent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

8. After uninstalling McAfee Agent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of McAfee Agent that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
