How to remove McAfee Agent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee Agent is a program released by McAfee, Inc.. Some computer users try to erase this program. This is troublesome because performing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE approach to erase McAfee Agent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find McAfee Agent or simply activate the Search field and type in "McAfee Agent". If it exists on your system the McAfee Agent application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select McAfee Agent in the list of applications, some information about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about McAfee Agent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove McAfee Agent.


8. After uninstalling McAfee Agent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong McAfee Agent that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling McAfee Agent with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
