A way to erase McAfee AntiVirus Plus using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee AntiVirus Plus is an application by the software company McAfee, Inc.. Some users try to erase this application. This is difficult because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge related to PCs. The best SIMPLE action to erase McAfee AntiVirus Plus is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find McAfee AntiVirus Plus or simply activate the Search field and type in "McAfee AntiVirus Plus". If it is installed on your PC the McAfee AntiVirus Plus app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click McAfee AntiVirus Plus in the list , some data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding McAfee AntiVirus Plus, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove McAfee AntiVirus Plus.


8. After uninstalling McAfee AntiVirus Plus, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong McAfee AntiVirus Plus that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing McAfee AntiVirus Plus using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
