A way to uninstall McAfee SecurityCenter using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee SecurityCenter is a program offered by McAfee, Inc.. Frequently, computer users choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY manner to uninstall McAfee SecurityCenter is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows PC.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate McAfee SecurityCenter or simply activate the Search field and type in "McAfee SecurityCenter". If it is installed on your PC the McAfee SecurityCenter application will be found very quickly. When you click McAfee SecurityCenter in the list of applications, the following data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about McAfee SecurityCenter, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall McAfee SecurityCenter.


8. After uninstalling McAfee SecurityCenter, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong McAfee SecurityCenter which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
