A way to remove McAfee SiteAdvisor from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
McAfee SiteAdvisor is a program by the software company McAfee, Inc.. Frequently, computer users try to erase this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because performing this manually takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. 3. Press the General Tools category
4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool
5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear
6. Navigate the list of applications until you find McAfee SiteAdvisor or simply click the Search field and type in "McAfee SiteAdvisor". If it exists on your system the McAfee SiteAdvisor app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select McAfee SiteAdvisor in the list of apps, the following information about the application is available to you:
- Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about McAfee SiteAdvisor, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
- Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\SiteAdvisor\Uninstall.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove McAfee SiteAdvisor.
8. After removing McAfee SiteAdvisor, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of McAfee SiteAdvisor which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing McAfee SiteAdvisor with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
