A way to uninstall Messenger from your system

Messenger is a Windows program. Note that you might be prompted for administrator rights. Messenger's primary file takes about 75.81 MB (79491800 bytes) and is called Messenger.exe.

A way to erase Messenger from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Messenger is a program by Facebook, Inc.. Some people decide to remove this application. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Messenger or simply activate the Search field and type in "Messenger". If it is installed on your PC the Messenger app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Messenger in the list of apps, some information about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Messenger, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Messenger.


8. After removing Messenger, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Messenger that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
