A guide to uninstall Miro from your computer

Miro is a software application. This page holds details on how to remove it from your PC. It is made by Participatory Culture Foundation. More information on Participatory Culture Foundation can be found here. Detailed information about Miro can be found at http://www.getmiro.com/. Miro is commonly installed in the C:\Program Files\Participatory Culture Foundation\Miro folder, but this location may vary a lot depending on the user's choice when installing the program. You can remove Miro by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\Participatory Culture Foundation\Miro\uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for admin rights. The program's main executable file occupies 377.50 KB (386560 bytes) on disk and is called Miro.exe.

A way to remove Miro with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Miro is an application offered by Participatory Culture Foundation. Sometimes, users want to remove it. Sometimes this is hard because deleting this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK way to remove Miro is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your computer.

• visit Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Miro or simply click the Search feature and type in "Miro". If it exists on your system the Miro app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Miro in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Miro, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Miro:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Participatory Culture Foundation\Miro\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Miro.


8. After uninstalling Miro, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Miro that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Miro with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
