4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Modem Helper or simply activate the Search field and type in "Modem Helper". If it is installed on your PC the Modem Helper program will be found very quickly. After you click Modem Helper in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is shown to you:
