A way to uninstall OBS Studio from your computer

If you are manually uninstalling OBS Studio we suggest you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall OBS Studio:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\AppIconCache\100\D__OBS_obs-studio_bin_64bit_obs64_exe

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\OBS Studio
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OBS Studio

A way to erase OBS Studio with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is a program offered by OBS Project. Frequently, users choose to remove it. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate OBS Studio or simply activate the Search feature and type in "OBS Studio". If it is installed on your PC the OBS Studio program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select OBS Studio in the list , the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding OBS Studio, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove OBS Studio.


8. After uninstalling OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of OBS Studio which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
