A guide to uninstall OBS Studio from your system

OBS Studio is a Windows application. Read more about how to remove it from your PC. It is written by OBS Project. Check out here for more info on OBS Project. OBS Studio is commonly set up in the C:\Program Files\obs-studio folder, depending on the user's option. You can uninstall OBS Studio by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\obs-studio\uninstall.exe. Note that you might be prompted for administrator rights. OBS Studio's primary file takes around 4.80 MB (5029192 bytes) and its name is obs64.exe.

Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you uninstall OBS Studio.

The files below are left behind on your disk when you remove OBS Studio:

How to remove OBS Studio from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is an application released by the software company OBS Project. Some computer users choose to erase this program. This is troublesome because performing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK approach to erase OBS Studio is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find OBS Studio or simply click the Search field and type in "OBS Studio". If it is installed on your PC the OBS Studio application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select OBS Studio in the list of applications, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about OBS Studio, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove OBS Studio.


8. After uninstalling OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong OBS Studio which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
