How to uninstall OBS Studio from your system

OBS Studio has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\OBS Studio
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OBS Studio

How to erase OBS Studio from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is a program offered by the software company OBS Project. Some users try to erase it. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK way to erase OBS Studio is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate OBS Studio or simply click the Search feature and type in "OBS Studio". The OBS Studio application will be found very quickly. After you click OBS Studio in the list of applications, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about OBS Studio, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove OBS Studio.


8. After uninstalling OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong OBS Studio that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
