A way to delete OOBE from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools category

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find OOBE or simply activate the Search field and type in "OOBE". The OOBE program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select OOBE in the list , some information about the application is available to you:
