How to uninstall Okular from your PC

A way to remove Okular with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Okular is a program offered by the software company KDE e.V.. Frequently, people try to erase this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY way to erase Okular is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Okular or simply click the Search field and type in "Okular". The Okular application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Okular in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Okular, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Okular:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Okular\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Okular.


8. After removing Okular, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Okular that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
