How to delete PCMark 8 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCMark 8 is an application offered by Futuremark. Some people want to remove this application. Sometimes this is difficult because doing this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY manner to remove PCMark 8 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate PCMark 8 or simply click the Search field and type in "PCMark 8". If it is installed on your PC the PCMark 8 app will be found very quickly. When you select PCMark 8 in the list , the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding PCMark 8, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove PCMark 8.


8. After uninstalling PCMark 8, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong PCMark 8 that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
