Some files and registry entries are typically left behind when you uninstall PCBoost.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall PCBoost:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PCBoost_is1
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PGWARE\PCBoost

How to erase PCBoost with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCBoost is a program marketed by PGWARE LLC. Some users want to erase it. Sometimes this is hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK action to erase PCBoost is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find PCBoost or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PCBoost". If it is installed on your PC the PCBoost app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click PCBoost in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding PCBoost, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for PCBoost:

• The software company is: http://www.pgware.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\PGWARE\PCBoost\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall PCBoost.


8. After uninstalling PCBoost, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong PCBoost that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PCBoost with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
