If you are manually uninstalling PhoneManager we advise you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders that were left behind:

Usually, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager\mfcm80u.dll

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Assemblies\C:|Program Files|Avaya|IP Office|Phone Manager|mfcm80u.dll
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Assemblies\C:|Program Files|Avaya|IP Office|Phone Manager|msvcm80.dll
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Avaya\IP400\PhoneManager
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{9C564F6E-729F-4C69-9CD9-F476EFDAC442}

Open regedit.exe to remove the values below from the Windows Registry:

How to erase PhoneManager from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate PhoneManager or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PhoneManager". The PhoneManager program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select PhoneManager in the list of apps, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about PhoneManager, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall PhoneManager.


8. After removing PhoneManager, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of PhoneManager that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PhoneManager with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
