If you are manually uninstalling Pillars of Eternity we suggest you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Pillars of Eternity:

• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games\Pillars of Eternity.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology\data\icons\pillars_of_eternity.png
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology\data\translations\pillars_of_eternity.translation
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology\data\wrappers\pillars_of_eternity\current_game.lua

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity

A way to erase Pillars of Eternity from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Pillars of Eternity is a program released by R.G. Mechanics, ProZorg_tm. Sometimes, people want to remove it. If it exists on your system the Pillars of Eternity app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Pillars of Eternity in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Pillars of Eternity, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Pillars of Eternity.


8. After uninstalling Pillars of Eternity, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Pillars of Eternity which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Pillars of Eternity with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
