How to uninstall Plex with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
Plex is an application by Plex, Inc.. Sometimes, users want to erase it. This can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK way to erase Plex is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.
DOWNLOAD NOW- navigate to Download Link
- download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.
3. Click on the General Tools category
4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature
5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear
6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Plex or simply click the Search feature and type in "Plex". The Plex application will be found automatically. After you click Plex in the list of applications, the following information about the application is available to you:
- Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Plex, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Details about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Plex.
8. After uninstalling Plex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Plex which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Plex using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
