A way to uninstall Plex from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
Plex is a program released by the software company Plex, Inc.. Some people try to erase this program. This is easier said than done because doing this by hand takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK manner to erase Plex is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your system.

- download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.
3. Click on the General Tools button
4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool
5. All the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Plex or simply activate the Search field and type in "Plex". The Plex app will be found very quickly. When you click Plex in the list , some data regarding the application is available to you:
- Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Plex, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Details regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Plex.
8. After uninstalling Plex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Plex that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Plex with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
