A way to erase Plex HTPC from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Plex HTPC is a program by the software company Plex, Inc.. Some people choose to erase it. Sometimes this can be efortful because removing this manually takes some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE manner to erase Plex HTPC is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows system.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Plex HTPC or simply activate the Search field and type in "Plex HTPC". The Plex HTPC program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Plex HTPC in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Plex HTPC, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Plex HTPC.


8. After removing Plex HTPC, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Plex HTPC that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Plex HTPC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
