Some files and registry entries are frequently left behind when you uninstall Pokki.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Pokki:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki

The files below are left behind on your disk by Pokki when you uninstall it:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\analytics.db
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\Engine\avcodec-54.dll
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\Engine\avformat-54.dll
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\Engine\avutil-51.dll

Registry that is not cleaned:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFileSystemObjects\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile\shell\pokki

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\DisplayName
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\Publisher
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\UninstallString

How to remove Pokki from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Pokki is an application marketed by Pokki. Frequently, users want to remove it. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Pokki or simply activate the Search field and type in "Pokki". The Pokki application will be found automatically. When you click Pokki in the list of programs, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Pokki, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Pokki:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.pokki.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Pokki\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Pokki.


8. After uninstalling Pokki, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Pokki that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
