Quite a few files, folders and registry data can not be removed when you are trying to remove Pokki from your computer.

Files remaining:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFileSystemObjects\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SweetLabs_AP
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\sphinx-soft\Vista-Wall\1.0\AppList\Pokki Installer

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\bam\State\UserSettings\S-1-5-21-2931330546-204965660-1303214520-1001\\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Pokki\Download Helper\PokkiDownloadHelper.exe

A way to remove Pokki from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Pokki is an application marketed by Pokki. Sometimes, users want to remove this program. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Pokki or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Pokki". If it exists on your system the Pokki program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Pokki in the list of applications, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Pokki, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Pokki.


8. After uninstalling Pokki, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Pokki that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Pokki using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
