How to remove PowerDVD with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PowerDVD is a program released by CyberLink Corporation. Sometimes, people want to erase this application. This is troublesome because doing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY procedure to erase PowerDVD is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find PowerDVD or simply activate the Search field and type in "PowerDVD". If it exists on your system the PowerDVD application will be found very quickly. After you select PowerDVD in the list , the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding PowerDVD, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall PowerDVD.


8. After removing PowerDVD, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of PowerDVD that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PowerDVD with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
