The complete uninstall command line for PreForm is C:\Program Files (x86)\Formlabs\PreForm\uninstall.exe. PreForm.exe is the PreForm's primary executable file and it takes circa 6.56 MB (6878734 bytes) on disk.

A way to uninstall PreForm from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
PreForm is an application marketed by Formlabs. Frequently, people choose to erase this program. 3. Press the General Tools category
4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button
5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you
6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate PreForm or simply click the Search feature and type in "PreForm". If it is installed on your PC the PreForm app will be found very quickly. After you select PreForm in the list of apps, some information about the application is made available to you:
- Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about PreForm, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall PreForm.
8. After uninstalling PreForm, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of PreForm which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling PreForm using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
