How to uninstall ProFile from your PC

How to uninstall ProFile from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ProFile is a program by Intuit. Sometimes, users try to uninstall it. This can be hard because uninstalling this manually requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK approach to uninstall ProFile is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find ProFile or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ProFile". If it is installed on your PC the ProFile application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select ProFile in the list of applications, the following information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about ProFile, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ProFile:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{F4C2E520-7663-4B3C-8EBC-1E1087964845}\gpsetup.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove ProFile.


8. After removing ProFile, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ProFile which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ProFile using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
