Some files and registry entries are frequently left behind when you uninstall Proton VPN.

How to erase Proton VPN from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Proton VPN or simply click the Search feature and type in "Proton VPN". The Proton VPN application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Proton VPN in the list of apps, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Proton VPN, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Proton VPN.


8. After removing Proton VPN, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Proton VPN that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
