A guide to uninstall PureRef from your system

Note that you might receive a notification for administrator rights. PureRef.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 18.75 MB (19661744 bytes) on disk.

A way to uninstall PureRef using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PureRef is a program released by Idyllic Pixel AB. Some computer users try to uninstall this program. This is hard because uninstalling this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall PureRef is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find PureRef or simply click the Search feature and type in "PureRef". The PureRef app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click PureRef in the list of applications, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about PureRef, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for PureRef:

• The web site of the program is: https://www.pureref.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\PureRef\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall PureRef.


8. After uninstalling PureRef, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong PureRef which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing PureRef using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
