How to uninstall QuickBooks from your computer

A way to delete QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program marketed by Intuit Canada ULC. Some computer users try to remove this application. Sometimes this can be hard because doing this manually requires some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY solution to remove QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply click the Search feature and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks program will be found very quickly. When you select QuickBooks in the list , the following data about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about QuickBooks, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove QuickBooks.

8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
