How to uninstall QuickBooks from your system

A way to delete QuickBooks with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program released by the software company Intuit Canada ULC. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this application. This is difficult because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE action to uninstall QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply click the Search feature and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select QuickBooks in the list of applications, some information about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QuickBooks.

8. After uninstalling QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong QuickBooks that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
