A way to uninstall QuickBooks from your PC

How to delete QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program offered by the software company Intuit Canada ULC. Sometimes, users want to uninstall it. This can be hard because removing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK approach to uninstall QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find QuickBooks or simply activate the Search feature and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks application will be found very quickly. After you select QuickBooks in the list of programs, the following information about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QuickBooks.

8. After uninstalling QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong QuickBooks that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
