How to uninstall QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program offered by the software company Intuit Inc.. Frequently, people decide to remove this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because deleting this manually requires some knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE solution to remove QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate QuickBooks or simply click the Search field and type in "QuickBooks". The QuickBooks application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select QuickBooks in the list of apps, some data about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QuickBooks.

8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
